Counting on Each Other, Inc.

At Counting on Each Other, Inc., CEO, Inc. (a 501c3 organization) is to support the goals of the Maumelle Center on the Lake and to advocate, through community outreach, the physical and mental well-being of seniors in the community. Donations are tax-deductible. The organization was founded by an advisory committee who saw a need for increased cooperation and support within their community in order to create positive change and needed services.
Counting on Each Other Inc. provides financial assistance to Maumelle Center on the Lake, for facility and transportation needs, purchased Center vehicles, sound system, window shades, furniture, chairs, pool tables, etc. Assist in offering scholarships for memberships, sponsors bi-monthly bingo games,volunteer appreciation events, and a host of other projects and activities to support the Center. Through funding events and services, they create a sense of community and connection among seniors. Their dedication empowers Maumelle seniors to age with dignity and independence, making a lasting impact on their lives.
Counting on Each Other, Inc. obtained $100,000 Delta Dental Community Grant to assist our work in improving the oral health of low income Maumelle seniors. Over 250 seniors have received needed and necessary dental care through this initiative. Special thanks to our local dentist , Dr. Bryan Austin and Dr. Decoursey for participating in this initiative.
Introducing our Eye Care Initiative, a community project providing essential eye care services to low income seniors. Established in October 2022, this collaboration involves Advanced EyeCare Clinic, Success Vision, and Dr. Derek Long. Our goal is to detect and address common eye conditions and provide necessary glasses. Join us in improving the vision health of our senior community with the help of these dedicated professionals. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Safeguard yourself against identity theft while supportIng Maumelle seniors with a suggested donation of $5.00 per bag/box. Larger donations are gratefully accepted. This is a bi-annual fundraiser held in the spring and fall to support our health care initiatives for low income seniors and essential services for Maumelle Center on the Lake.
Sales are held the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 8am to 2pm at Counting on Each Other, Inc. Find a Treasure Store, 406 Edgewood Dr, Maumelle, AR 72113. Donations are accepted every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:30am-4:30pm.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with our Find a Treasure Store, Community Shredding Fundraiser, committees and events. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and will accept all tax-deductible donations in cash, sellable products, and in-kind business services.
